# Share knowledge with people and spaces

Guidde playbooks and playlists can be shared in a variety of ways with:

1. **Individuals** - a specific Guidde user in your company can view it, or an external member in a joint space.
2. **Spaces** - a group of users in a team space can view it, or external users grouped in a connected space.
3. **Company** - anyone in your company can view it.
4. **Public** - anyone on the internet with the link can view it.

Once your video playbook (or playbook) is ready you can click the **Share** button and then choose one of following:

**Share a playbook with individuals** - inside your organization our outside your organization:

**Share a playbook within a space** - the playbook would be added to the other playbooks in that space and be visible to all members of that space:

**Share a playbook with your company** - anyone in your company can view it:

**Share a playbook with the public** - make your playbook public and receive an external link to share with anyone outside Guidde.

1. Make sure your playbook is public - change the shareable link to be available to **Anyone with the link**.
2. Click on **Copy link** and share it with anyone outside of Guidde.

The public link will take them to an external link and this will be their experience:
