Creating and Managing Spaces

You can view all spaces that currently exist in your organization by clicking the Spaces icon on the left panel. To add a space click on Create New Space and give it a name. You can also:

1. Give it a description

2. Choose an image for the space cover / icon OR choose a color for the default icon

3. Choose a color for the space branding

4. Make the space private - in this case only you will see it, no other user in your organization can ask to join it, but you can invite others to join

5. Add members from your organization and give them a role

To Edit a space you can click on the menu bar on it's top right and choose to:

1. Edit the space details as defined above

2. Invite new members

3. View existing members

4. Leave the space

Inside the space you can view all video playbooks that were already included in the space as well as add new videos.
