Spaces

You can think of spaces as a living curation of video based knowledge that can be shared with other team members, with customers, with partners and suppliers.

Guidde provides two types of spaces:

  1. A space has one or more members - your team can also create personal spaces

  2. A space can be private - people in your organization can join only per invite

  3. Space members can be on the same team, same company, different companies, contractors etc.

  4. A space has a selected list of apps

    • For example in a space for an R&D teams the apps can be Github, AWS, Datadog, etc.

    • A space between a vendor and a customer can be Application provider (Salesforce), Connected apps required to deploy that solution (Azure, Okta, Tableau)

    • A space between a team and a contractor designer can be Figma, Zeplin, Slack

  5. A space has an owner (s)

    • Owner(s) receive all the space analytics and can control members of the space and activity tracking
