Watching from the Web app

You can access and watch video playbooks from the Guidde web application. Playbooks are organized in an organizational knowledge library which is classified by application and context and easily searchable.

Once you've found a playbook you wish to watch Guidde enables you two watch options:

▶️ Play - which plays the video in the web application 🔛 Play On App - which transports you to the underlying application (Salesforce in the example below) and plays the video from the extension over the desired page.

If you select the "standard" play option, the video playbook begins playing inside the app with the transcript and full information of the video appearing inline.
